About the Cupla Twins
Identical twins Abigail Purdie and Bethany Heath are the duo behind Utah’s Cupla coffee roastery. These sisters have created a niche in the food industry where the customer is family, the food is fuel, and the gourmet coffee is life.
The Meaning of Cupla
Cupla means “twin” in Irish Gaelic. Abby and Beth are twins, were born under the sign of the Gemini (twin), and are of Irish descent. This made “Cupla Coffee” the perfect name when the two decided to open their coffee shop.
